Phoebe graduated in 2002 with a business degree from the City University of Hong Kong and followed this up with an MBA from Cardiff University in 2007.
Her career in Hong Kong spanned just under 20 years in HR across two businesses, most recently as manager of staffing services with Shun Tak Holdings.
She joined Robert Adams as a Resourcer in January 2022 having re-located to the UK from Hong Kong. Her HR background has given her a great foundation and perspective on the recruitment sector.
