Munashe graduated in 2013 with a First Class BSc in Psychology. She has 4 years recruitment experience focused on mid-senior level roles in the Retail, Energy and Waste sectors.

She joined Robert Adams Search & Selection in July 2017 to focus on Technical and Engineering roles in the waste sector, with a focus on Dry Recycling Technologies, Biological Treatment and Thermal Treatment.

Bobby graduated in 2006 with a BA in French, Spanish & Marketing. He started his recruitment career with Hays Accountancy & Finance in 2007 and went on to run a recycling specialist recruitment business in 2009.

This business was attached to a leading news & information website for the recycling sector, which gave him a unique view and access to deep knowledge of the industry.

Bobby left this business in December 2013 and founded Robert Adams Search & Selection in January 2014.
